CONSULTATION SERVICES
Healing Generations Psychological Services and Consultation Center, LLC is passionate about consulting with organizations and work spaces who are looking to assess, understand, and improve their trauma-informed programming and organizations seeking to create more diverse and culturally inclusive practices and/or work spaces.
Types of Consultation

Assist programs and organizations in evaluating and expanding their care and behavioral health expertise and capabilities (specific to trauma informed services and culturally inclusive practices)

Conduct a strengths and gaps assessment of current practices and behavioral health services

Provide consultation on action steps to improve care and behavioral health services to be more trauma informed and/or culturally inclusive

Provide consultation on action steps to improve work spaces to be more culturally inclusive and supportive of all employees

Provide trainings to staff and volunteers
